I support clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelming emotions, spiraling thoughts, and relationship challenges. I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you through life transitions. Burnout, especially in our current socio-political context, is becoming more & more common. I welcome the opportunity to work with those who want to do internal work to improve their own quality of life.
As a mother of three young children, I know how hard it is to juggle all of the demands of daily life in any sort of balanced fashion. I regularly work with parents who are struggling with the challenges of raising children. I often use the tenants of Child Parent Relationship Training and similar strategies to manage behavioral challenges and support relational attachment in parent/child relationships.
I have extensive experience providing grief & loss therapy in both the hospital setting and the outpatient setting to those who have lost a loved one or are anticipating the loss of a loved one. I have worked with many parents who have experienced the devastating death of a child. I am honored to walk alongside those who struggle to process their grief and attempt to make meaning out of their pain.
